ADR Ingegneria, led by the Managing Director Ing. Paolo Cambula, organized with a flexible and scalable system based on two strongly synergistic areas.
The Program Management area, entrusted to Engineer Mariabice Gervasi, oversees the coordination of planning, design, and construction management initiatives.
The Business Process and Sustainable Engineering area, led by Engineer Claudio Barbetta, coordinates all technical specialist disciplines.
The Program Management area is divided into five domains: Real Estate & Terminal 1; Airfield & Landside Road; Piers; Terminal 3; and Downtime Maintenance & Operations, supported by the BIM Office.The Sustainable Design area is divided into six disciplines: Architecture, Interior & Terminal; Green Energy, Electrical & Special Plants; HVAC, Pipeline & Mechanical Plants; Transport System & BHS; Civil Infrastructure & Airfield and Safety & Fire Prevention.

The staff units reporting directly to the Managing Director are:
